This is a tumblelog, kinda like a blog but with short-form, mixed-media posts with stuff I like. Scroll down a bit to start reading, or a bit more to read more about me.
Today I set about putting down on paper my memoirs…
It didn’t take long.
I was done in maybe 4 seconds… possibly 73.
But first attempts notwithstanding, I shall continue.
Available in bookshops… sometime.
But would anyone buy?

Splendidly ginormous Bowens Gemini Pro 500 with softbox camera left and above at 45 degrees to me, set on 4. Second Bowens with disappointingly smaller softbox camera right at same angle, also set on 4. Triggered by cable.
Even after equipping myself with the industry-standard Protectatronic 7000 goggles, I was still unable to resist the (quite frankly) ridiculous g-forces of this particular comb.
But maybe I shouldn’t be completely disheartened - the last person to attempt this particular comb manoeuvre with the H70 Pro Comb was rendered incapable of growing hair for 14 years and lost 17 of his toes.
Fool.
Nothing now stands in my way of securing 47th place in the Olympic cross country combing event in 2012.
Nosiree.
I’m ready.

Found a place on the tinterweb that was offering a great deal on tie die clothing.
Being aware that this is the height of fashion for wannabe hipsters I ordered copiously, and today they turned up.
Strange though… I was expecting lots of colour and a kind of handmade patterny finish. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I proceeded to put them on. Hoping to kick-start my hipster rating, I thought it sensible to put them all on… as more is always more stylish, right?
And as they rose up and began their death flail around my puny neck I suddenly realised that tie die isn’t spelt that way…
*sobs*
